Feedback is the commentary on performance exchanged between the parties. Most procurement departments review supplier performance periodically, and the meetings are an opportunity for both parties to exchange feedback on what has happened and why. There are two broad types of feedback: motivational feedback, which recognises good performance; and developmental feedback, which highlights sub-standard performance and identifies opportunities for improvement.« Back to Glossary Index
