Contract, Scorecard

An approach to performance measurement and reporting for contracts that seeks to identify a variety of key dimensions and allow both parties to share a common understanding of progress and performance. The purpose of the scorecard is to align the parties in terms of what should be measured, how and by whom. The measures used include KPIs, financial performance and overall outcomes.
