Customer Service Consultant

Working in a fun, team environment, you will drive sales from our Customer data base. You will manage a portfolio of named accounts and will drive adoption of the services. Your day will be mostly spent responding to interest gained from marketing campaigns. You will need credibility and solid communication skills to liaise with managers at customer sites. Our ideal profile is someone who has a bit of experience in business to business (B2B) sales so knows how organisations work and is familiar with organisational structures, reporting lines and approval processes. You need to have plenty of confidence to be successful and will need to be diligent in placing your calls and follow up calls.
