Overview
Melinda is a customer experience enthusiast who is focused on assisting Comprara in achieving a truly customer-centric approach. She specialises in customer experience and drives the ‘customer first strategy’ to make the experience better for our clients.
Empowering each person and company in commerce with the “knowledge of supply chain” they need to improve themselves and delight customers. Mel drives a culture of professional delivery and accountability. She believes that by engaging, educating and empowering the Comprara team she ensures they become “masters of the customer experience” and a true advocate for the Comprara & Purchasing Index brand.
Melinda started her career as a project manager for the Commonwealth Bank, she worked in many disciplines, including Audit and Compliance, Relationship Management, Project and Program Management, Operational Management and Continuous Improvement, in markets across Asia and Australia.
Melinda has championed Customer Success at both a strategic and operational level. She has delivered significant business impact by leading the Comprara operational teams in the application of Problem Solving for everyday incremental improvement.
Melinda has a knack for applying her broad skills set in non-traditional and green-field environments. Most recently, she has been working with Purchasing Index, teaching Customer Service to the Analysts working on complex projects and coaching them through to Client Engagement Consultants.
