Fiona is an experienced customer manager who is focused on assisting Comprara in achieving a truly customer centric approach. She specialises in customer experience and drives the ‘customer first strategy’ to make the experience better for our clients.

Throughout all aspects of work and home collaboration has been a primary focus of her thinking. Fiona can analyze the environment around her and find ways to improve, stabilize and strengthen an idea, team or product.

Business-minded, she is diplomatic and loyal to her team. Willing to help out in any situation. Fiona gets the job done, no matter how arduous or time-consuming. With a never-say-die attitude and strong work ethic, Fiona is a valuable team member who understands the value of relationships and the importance of having a strong work ethic.

Fiona can relate to people on numerous levels and is extremely adaptable when dealing with clients and potential clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

A background in Nursing, specifically Clinical research and Coordination, has given Fiona a strong sense to prioritise to get the job done.
